Zoox Plett, a charming new addition to Plett's lively food scene (est. late 2023), is nestled within the embrace of nature on the recently established Telluric Wine Estate. Telluric, brand new to the esteemed Plettenberg wine region, is an endeavour led by the acclaimed Beau Constantia’s Pierre & Cecily du Preez, expanding their vision from Beau to Bitou!
The ZooX tasting room, a converted barn exuding a contemporary rustic charm, features stunning high ceilings and clean white walls complemented by various wooden accents.
A set of expansive glass doors lead out to a quaint patio overlooking lush lawns adjacent to a charming wooden deck offering captivating views of the meandering Bitou River and polo fields.
Their limited menu offers simple yet delightful options, featuring a juicy wagyu burger, a succulent ribeye steak, and crisp thin-based pizzas, perfect for all palates (vegan options included). Try their signature pizza, Love Paninos! Start your morning off the right way with a bold, aromatic cup of coffee and one of their yummy pastries.
Our tots also had a wonderful time tumbling about on the gorgeous green grass while we sipped on their stunning Beau Constantia wines surrounded by the beautiful Bitou. This included their lovely, crisp Pas De Nom MCC & pairing our meal with their aged Aiden 2017 (A wonderful blend of Shiraz & Bordeaux).
