We're back at Stellenbosch Reserve for now our third visit since its opening in 2023! It used to be Dombeya & Haskell Vineyards, one of our all-time Top 20 Stellenbosch wineries.

This comfortable, relaxed, yet elegantly designed spot works equally well for a family lunch or a leisurely evening of wine-ing down in the stunning Stellenbosch Winelands.

Their tasting room and restaurant make it easy to settle in and spend a few hours. It’s welcoming with a family-friendly atmosphere that doesn’t feel overly formal - exactly what you need to unwind in the Winelands and perfect for capturing the sunglow over the vineyards & Stellenbosch mountains.

Wine Tasting

The tasting options are flexible - choose individual wines across the Stellenbosch Reserve, Afrikaans, Cirrus and Donkiesbaai ranges, and pay R15-R25 per wine. Or opt for the Stellenbosch Reserve tasting, at R90pp, which includes six wines from the range! Superb, full-bodied wines at affordable prices.

The Restaurant

Their delicious seasonal menu combines Mediterranean flavours with rustic home cooking, using fresh local ingredients. A wood-fired oven and rotisserie are the main attractions, with generous, flavourful dishes perfect for sharing - and pairing with your wine!
