What a truly relaxing mini winter retreat – a group of us ladies gathered for a soulful breathe, bites, bubbles and bliss journey with the incredible Karoline from @breathewithkaroline.

Surrounded by the still nature of the Crags, we were guided through a gentle breathwork experience leaving us truly grounded & connected.

Karoline’s (@flavamingo) creations were the perfect follow-up – soulful, sumptuous plant-based bites full of colour, texture and flavour. Think: mini pancakes topped with vegan 'smoked salmon and caviar' (silky carrot with vodka-beetroot beads) or roast veg with pomegranate & peppery greens... And for a sweet note, delicious, decadent chocolate bites hand-made with love.

We paired it with some local Kombucha, Cape bubbles & Sauvignon Blanc - the elegant Ken Forrester Sparklehorse Chenin Blanc MCC and, from just down the road in the Crags Winelands, Lodestone's Strandloper Sauvignon Blanc.
Here’s to more bespoke gatherings of wellness, wine, and wonder in the Plett Winelands and months ahead!

Follow @flavamingo on Instagram & for more info on Karoline's upcoming breath & food workshops in Plett, including this recently launched Breathe, Bites, Bubbles and Bliss experience, or where you can learn how to make these bite-sized gems (and many more) using wholesome ingredients!
These decadent bites will be available for order throughout Plett soon!
